Design for retail Space and Customer Experience

This is a project in which I serve as the Project Manager for AFC CROP company. The project is located in Westfield Oakridge Mall. My responsibilities include identifying suitable locations based on the owner's requirements and negotiating contracts, collaborating with lawyers to review contracts, assisting architects in developing building layouts, and working closely with interior designers. I also oversee the creation of the logo and visual elements document. Furthermore, I manage the construction company, aiding them in obtaining necessary permits from the city, and oversee the project until the restaurant is completed.
